How to use anal tampons correctly:

Notices:

• Empty bowel prior to insertion of the anal tampon.
• Train the bowel to regular emptying time with toilette training.
• Use small tampon sizes for first use.
• If necessary, coat the thorn of the applicator with vaseline - easy removal.
• Wait for contraction reflex (approx. 15 to 20 seconds). This reflex does not occur anymore after a time of approx. 5 to 6 weeks.
• Remove tampon after a maximum of 6 to 8 hours.
• The tampon is removed from the anal canal by pulling on the retrieval thread.
• For further orders, please send a corresponding prescription of your physician to us.

Application of CONTAM®-Vaginal tampons in case of bladder weakness:

Important:

• The tampon should be changed after swimming.
• Use during pregnancy as well as in case of uterus prolapse should be agreed upon with the physician.
• The wearing period should not be significantly longer than 12 hours, if possible.
